General Terms
We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. All liability of Resume Scanner AI, its directors or employees howsoever arising for any loss whatsoever arising from your use of or inability to use the Website and/or the Services is excluded, insofar as it is possible to do so in law. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time.
Payment Terms
Online payment services will be carried out by Paddle.com and shall be subject to Paddle's terms and conditions.
Billing Process
Resume Scanner offers three plans to cater to different user needs:
- Free Plan: Includes 20,000 tokens credited to your account upon sign-up, allowing you to try out the service at no cost.
- Starter Plan: Provides 1,000,000 tokens for users with moderate scanning requirements.
- Pro Plan: Offers 3,000,000 tokens, ideal for heavy users and professionals.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to provide refunds to new users who make their first purchase. Resume Scanner AI operates on a Freemium model, allowing you to explore and utilize our site's features for free before deciding to upgrade to a paid membership.
For example, we offer 20,000 tokens without any restrictions, enabling you to fully experience our service and understand the benefits of the premium version. Our free offerings are very generous, and we encourage you to take advantage of all available features to see exactly what the paid membership includes.
To prevent misuse—such as purchasing the service, extensively using it, and then requesting a refund—we are unable to provide refunds to new users. This policy is necessary because running our AI technology involves substantial costs, and we cannot reimburse expenses that have already been incurred.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly deleting your account if you no longer wish to use Resume Scanner. An email to delete your account is not considered a valid deletion request. To delete your account, log in and click on the "Account" link in the menu on the top bar. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the red "Delete" button.
Since Resume Scanner operates on a one-off payment model, there are no subscriptions to cancel. Once a plan is purchased, it is non-refundable, but you may continue using your purchased tokens until they are exhausted or the account is deleted.
If you choose to delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted immediately. Please ensure you have saved any important information before proceeding with account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account. Resume Scanner AI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We have this clause because statistically speaking, out of the thousands of users on our service, there may be at least one doing something nefarious.
